As a Junior Ad Operations Analyst at Sony Music, you will play a key role in putting our artists’ music in front of their fans and building audiences around the world. Your role will ensure the performance and measurement of digital advertising campaigns, collaborating across multiple platforms at scale.
What you'll do:
- Report on social, search, display, audio, video, and mobile advertising campaigns through the full artist life cycle.
- Own and help develop regular reporting, dashboards, benchmarks and testing roadmap. Work with internal analytics tools and liaise with agencies to ensure performance measurements are up to date and accurate.
- Work closely with label Digital Media teams to support campaign strategies and operational needs.
- Support label and Digital Media Teams in evaluating post‑campaign results and providing insight for future campaigns.
- Facilitate and support the finance process ensuring media partners (Meta, TikTok, etc.) complete all processes in a timely manner.
- Proactively present and share successful campaigns, learnings and best practices with wider teams.
Who you are:
- Experience working with one or more of Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads and Business Manager platforms.
- A strategic mindset that leans on data to inform and track business goals.
- Strong data analysis abilities (e.g., Excel v‑lookups, pivot tables, benchmarking, dashboard creation and maintenance).
- Experience building, maintaining and optimizing reporting suites and campaign testing roadmaps.
- Strong desire to scale knowledge and learning to other team members.
- Understanding of the music business and digital music landscape preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of creative, social platforms and search would be an advantage.
