  • Preparing detailed technical reports and assessments.
  • Assisting with noise modelling and acoustic design work.
  • Liaising with clients, local authorities, and project teams.
  • Supporting the wider acoustics team on a range of multidisciplinary projects.

A leading engineering and environmental consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Acoustic Consultant to join its growing team in Thetford. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with 1-2 years of experience in acoustics to develop their career as part of an expanding specialist team working on diverse and rewarding projects.

As an Assistant Acoustic Consultant, you'll support the delivery of high-quality acoustic assessments and contribute to projects across sectors such as infrastructure, building design, and environmental planning. You'll gain valuable hands‑on experience, develop your technical expertise, and work alongside a supportive and multidisciplinary group of engineers and consultants.
