Qualifications

• Part-qualified to AAT level 3/4 or studying ACCA/CIMA/CTA (or equivalent).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn complex accounting and tax concepts.
• Good communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
• Organised, proactive and keen to develop a long-term career in accounting and advisory.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of property-focused accounting and tax services for investors, developers, and business clients.
• Assist with the preparation of statutory accounts, management accounts, and tax computations under senior supervision.
• Support basic property tax compliance and planning work, including SPVs, VAT, and capital gains calculations, with guidance from senior team members.
• Contribute to client advisory work by preparing financial information, reports, and analysis.
• Act as a day-to-day contact for assigned clients, responding to queries promptly and escalating more complex matters where appropriate.
• Ensure accounting records and submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant standards and deadlines.
• Work collaboratively with senior accountants to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
• Develop technical knowledge in property accounting and tax through hands-on experience and structured learning.
• Support wider practice initiatives, including administrative support for international and UK–Dubai client engagements.
