Role: Junior Account Manager

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £33,000 base salary + OTE

Our client is a technology and software development company partnering with ambitious organisations to build impactful digital products. From custom software and web platforms to strategic consulting and technical discovery, they support clients at every stage of their digital journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for a portfolio of clients, ensuring we’re not only meeting expectations, but consistently adding value. You’ll work closely with project and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery, spot on growth opportunities and build genuine, lasting relationships.

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Understanding client goals, challenges, and how our solutions support them
  • Managing ongoing communications, check-ins, and stakeholder alignment
  • Working closely with delivery teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
  • Identifying opportunities for account growth and supporting proposal creation
  • Monitoring account health, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Feeding client insights back to our internal teams to help shape services and strategy
