In this role, you’ll be responsible for building strong, trusted relationships, ensuring successful project delivery, and identifying opportunities to grow and evolve strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as their main point of contact
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients aims and ambitions, issues and challenges
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships built on trust and results
  • Working collaboratively with the wider operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction related to service delivery/support services across clients.
  • To develop ‘higher and wider’ client relationships across your nominated accounts.
  • Flexibility and innovation to respond to customer needs, often travelling to customer sites to work with them to develop and agree solutions.
