Job Title: Junior Account Manager

Location: Clerkenwell, London (Just a 2-minute walk from Farringdon station! Hybrid setup: 3 days in the office!)

Contract Details: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: £35,000 - £37,500 per annum + Bonus + Commission!

Responsibilities
  • Assist Senior Account Managers in providing stellar client service across key accounts.
  • Create accurate quotes for client proposals and tenders.
  • Communicate with manufacturers to gather pricing, lead times, and product samples.
  • Manage smaller-scale projects independently from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with Operations for client onboarding, invoicing, and project administration.
  • Monitor project profitability and help manage job margins.
  • Maintain client communication to ensure all deliverables meet high standards.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and repeat business.
Essential Experience
  • Early-stage career experience in an office-based or corporate setting.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Confident with numbers and commercially aware.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and hands‑on with problem‑solving.
  • Excellent attention to detail, thriving under tight deadlines.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience in a client-facing, sales support, or account coordination role.
  • Familiarity with project-based environments (e.g., interiors, design, or workplace solutions).
  • Interest in design, furniture, or the built environment.
  • Proficient in Excel and CRM systems.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
