An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Account Manager to join a leading fashion business. Based in the heart of London's West End, you'll be part of a collaborative team, gaining valuable exposure to all aspects of the fashion supply process, from development to delivery. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced, creative environment where no two days are the same and a fantastic opportunity to develop your career.

If you're highly organised and detail‑oriented, with previous experience in a similar role (e.g. Buying, Production, Wholesale) on the supplier or retail side, this could be the perfect next step for you!

Main responsibilities will include:
  • Support the Head of Sales & Design in managing key customer relationships across multiple apparel categories
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong client connections, ensuring excellent communication and service at all times
  • Provide administrative support, keeping all trackers, order details, and communications organised and up to date
  • Manage sales samples, including booking in‑out, tracking, and ensuring efficient sample flow across teams and clients
  • Work closely with factories to support on costings, helping to ensure competitive pricing and timely responses
  • Monitor market trends, in‑store activity, and pricing, feeding insights back to the wider team
  • Coordinate between design, production, and client teams to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery
Person specification:
  • Previous experience in fashion or apparel, either on the supplier or retail side
  • Proficiency in Excel and highly organised and accurate
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
