A leading technology company is looking for a Junior Account Manager to manage customer relationships and support their growth. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience and great communication skills, ready to advocate for customers and collaborate with teams. This role includes a salary of up to £40,000 with on-target earnings of £10,000, along with holidays and other perks. The position operates on a hybrid model requiring minimal office presence in London.
As a Junior Account Manager at Natterbox, you will play a key role in helping our customers get the most out of our SaaS solutions. You will look after a dedicated portfolio of accounts, acting as a key point of contact to ensure they stay happy, successful, and ready to grow with us.
We are looking for someone with around one to two years of experience in a customer-facing role who is genuinely customer-obsessed and ready to build their commercial career.
