Flourish in Farnborough is hiring a Junior Account Executive to join a growing shipping and logistics business. This entry point offers a pathway into a high earning sales career with no prior experience required.

Junior Account Executive

Location: Farnborough

Salary: £30-35,000 basic + £35,000 to £45,000 OTE

The Opportunity

We are working with a growing shipping and logistics business in Farnborough that is looking to bring in a Junior AEs to join their team.

This is a fantastic entry point into a high earning sales career. No previous experience is required. What matters most is your attitude, communication skills, and drive to succeed.

You will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from first contact through to closing deals and building long term client relationships.

What You Will Be Doing

• Identifying and reaching out to new business prospects
• Building strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Managing the full sales process from lead generation to close
• Understanding client needs and presenting tailored logistics solutions
• Negotiating and closing deals with confidence
