A leading data platform in London is seeking a driven sales professional to generate outbound leads and build B2B relationships. Candidates should have at least one year of sales experience and be comfortable with cold calling. The company offers hybrid work, training opportunities, and mental health support.
Drive outbound lead generation with a strong focus on building new B2B relationships across one of the following verticals: Financial Services, Advisory, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Industry — in the UK and across Europe.
Initiate first contact with potential clients through cold calls, personalized outreach, and targeted email campaigns.
Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing new business opportunities.
Act as the first touchpoint for inbound inquiries, qualifying and routing them as needed.
Support the sales team by consistently maintaining a high-quality pipeline of opportunities.
Ensure CRM data accuracy, including data management, cleansing, and profiling for efficient targeting and follow-up.
Collaborate closely with marketing to convert generated leads into active sales engagements.
Track and report on pre-sales and sales activities, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
At least 1+ year of proven outbound sales experience, preferably in a B2B Tech or SaaS environment.
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting as a primary part of the role.
Experience working with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
Familiarity with B2B sales tools such as Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
Educational background with an economic or business-related focus.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Resilient and positive attitude with excellent verbal communication and phone skills.
A proactive, communicative personality who enjoys direct customer contact and thrives on hitting targets.
Knowledge of and interest in AI trends and applications is beneficial, though not required.
