Your Job
  • Drive outbound lead generation with a strong focus on building new B2B relationships across one of the following verticals: Financial Services, Advisory, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Industry — in the UK and across Europe.

  • Initiate first contact with potential clients through cold calls, personalized outreach, and targeted email campaigns.

  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing new business opportunities.

  • Act as the first touchpoint for inbound inquiries, qualifying and routing them as needed.

  • Support the sales team by consistently maintaining a high-quality pipeline of opportunities.

  • Ensure CRM data accuracy, including data management, cleansing, and profiling for efficient targeting and follow-up.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing to convert generated leads into active sales engagements.

  • Track and report on pre-sales and sales activities, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.

Your Profile
  • At least 1+ year of proven outbound sales experience, preferably in a B2B Tech or SaaS environment.

  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting as a primary part of the role.

  • Experience working with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.

  • Familiarity with B2B sales tools such as Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.

  • Educational background with an economic or business-related focus.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Resilient and positive attitude with excellent verbal communication and phone skills.

  • A proactive, communicative personality who enjoys direct customer contact and thrives on hitting targets.

  • Knowledge of and interest in AI trends and applications is beneficial, though not required.
