Main Responsibilities
  • Organising, co-ordinating and managing multiple ongoing projects.
  • Producing call-sheets and risk assessments, booking crews and problem-solving during production.
  • Ensuring the output is co-ordinated as activity increases.
  • Working with colleagues across the BBC on key news coverage and audience panels.
  • Experimentation, piloting and continual improvement of projects.
  • Building VOD audiences and growing live audience on iPlayer.
  • Working some evenings and weekends for news coverage on iPlayer.
Are you the right person?

The successful candidate should have:

  • Demonstrable experience of co-ordinating multiple simultaneous projects.
  • An understanding of digital production processes.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a changing environment.
  • Knowledge of production requirements, including scheduling.
  • An appreciation of record keeping and metadata in production.
