Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve and exceed store sales and KPI targets (conversion, UPT, ATV, payroll, and stock)
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience aligned with the brand\'s luxury values
  • Analyse business performance and implement effective commercial action plans
  • Maintain operational excellence, ensuring compliance with company standards across VM, stock management, and reporting
  • Collaborate with area and head office teams to drive business initiatives and continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Store or Department Manager within luxury or premium fashion
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
  • Proven commercial awareness with the ability to interpret KPIs and translate insights into action
