Equans is seeking a Multi-Skilled Operative with a joinery bias to join our Leeds team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role spans repairs, maintenance and refurbishment across trades, aiming for first-time fix in busy customer environments.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Building Maintenance Multi-Trade Repair and Refurbishment Operations or equivalent.
• Valid CSCS card.
• NVQ Level 2 / City & Guilds in key trades (Joinery, Plumbing, Carpentry, Plastering, Joinery).
• Basic knowledge of Health & Safety regulations in Construction.
• Current valid driving licence.
• Appropriate level of experience within building construction and repairs and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.

Responsabilités

• Carry out repairs, maintenance and refurbishment tasks in a multi-skilled capacity.
• Complete repairs across trades where competent.
• Attend and complete repair appointments punctually with first-time resolution.
• Ensure safe use of tools, equipment and fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose remedial work, organise appointments and materials.
• Minimise disruption to customers and keep sites clean.
• Participate in out-of-hours emergency rota as required.
• Ensure work meets client specifications and high standards.
