• Time-served Joiner with relevant trade qualifications.
• Valid SMSTS or SSSTS certification is essential.
• CSCS card at Supervisor or Skilled Worker level.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read drawings and manage workloads.

Our client, is currently seeking an experienced Working Supervisor with a strong joinery background for an ongoing project based in Castlemilk, Glasgow. This is a hands‑on role, suited to a time-served Joiner who can lead by example while overseeing day‑to‑day site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on the tools alongside supervising site operatives
• Coordinating daily tasks and ensuring work is completed to programme
• Supervising subcontractors and direct labour on site
• Ensuring health & safety standards are met and maintained
• Liaising with site management and reporting progress
• Maintaining quality control and high workmanship standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Working Supervisor or Senior Joiner
• Time‑served Joiner with relevant trade qualifications
• Valid SMSTS or SSSTS (essential)
• CSCS card (Supervisor or Skilled Worker level)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read drawings and manage workloads
• Own tools preferred
