Job summary

Fawkes & Reece are seeking an experienced Joiner for a long-term social housing project in Birkenhead. Start date ASAP.

The role involves repairs and maintenance across tenanted properties, including boxing in pipe work, hanging doors and architraves, installing trickle vents, door undercuts, plaster patching, painting, and general 2nd fixes. Applicants must have a CSCS card (or proof of payment), asbestos awareness or willingness to complete online training, and own transport/tools.

Qualifications

• Joinery experience in social housing settings is essential.
• CSCS card or proven payment for card is required.
• Asbestos Awareness or willingness to complete online course.
• Own transport required to access sites.
• Own tools required on site.
• Two professional references available on request.
