Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Limited seeks an experienced Joiner to work on social housing projects across Manchester, including occupied and void properties, on a long-term contract. You will perform a range of joinery tasks such as fitting and replacing skirting boards, door handle repairs, boxing-in meters, and general 1st/2nd fix work, all while maintaining health and safety standards.

Role requires CSCS Skilled Worker Card, own PPE, and DBS check or willingness to undergo DBS due to working

Qualifications

• Experience as a Joiner within social housing, maintenance or refurbishment.
• Valid CSCS Skilled Worker Card.
• Own PPE: Hi-Vis, Safety Boots, Hard Hat.
• DBS check or willingness to undergo DBS.

Responsibilities

• Fitting and replacing skirting boards.
• Door handle repairs and replacements.
• Boxing-in gas and water meters.
• General 1st and 2nd fix joinery works.
• Property maintenance and repair work.
• Working within occupied and unoccupied social housing properties.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety requirements.
