Overview

Joiner Fitter

Leeds, £30k

Excellent opportunity for a level 2+ qualified joiner to work for a successfully growing organisation who seek professional site joiners/fitters. The company produces specialist products for the construction industry and you would be required to work on both commercial and industrial sites all over the UK.

Responsibilities

• Work to drawings to install products on customers site using a range of hand tools and saws
• Ensure installation meets client specification to a high quality finish and maintaining quality standards
• Liaise with customer and on occasion deal with the general public
• Ensure health and safety on site at all times
• Undertake snagging work
• Complete site paperwork
• Work alongside other trades where necessary

Qualifications

• A minimum NVQ level 2 qualified joiner with experience on site
• Able to work with a range of hand tools and read drawings
• Ideally hold a CSCS card within Joinery or be happy to undertake the qualification
• Hold a full driving license
• Be well presented, professional and friendly
• Be happy to work away from home on occasion
• Be happy to undertake an enhanced DBS check
• Team player with a positive and friendly attitude and good communication skills
• Experience with materials handling, ensuring safe and efficient movement of products
