LOCATION: North Kensington London - W10 6DZ

SALARY: £25ph

JOB TYPE: Full-time, Temporary

HOURS: 50 hours per week

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Joiner for high‑quality residential construction projects. The successful Joiner will be proficient in both 1st and 2nd fix joinery and will be a crucial part of our quality‑focused team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute precision 1st and 2nd fix joinery to a high standard
• Meet all project specifications and deadlines consistently
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe worksite at all times
• Collaborate effectively with other construction teams on site
• Follow all health and safety regulations and site rules
• Continuously improve trade skills and techniques

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years of professional 1st and 2nd fix experience
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Full set of own tools is essential (required)
• Valid CSCS card is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
