Location: North Tyneside. Salary: £18 p/h. Hours: 37 hours/week.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Carrying out responsive maintenance in customers' homes with care, respect, and professionalism
• Ensuring a first‑time fix where possible — saving time for both you and the customer
• Working across a range of joinery and multi‑trade tasks
• Using your mobile device to manage and update job details while working remotely
• Delivering excellent service, every time — homes left clean, safe, and completed to a high standard

What You'll Need:

• NVQ Level 2 in Joinery (or equivalent experience)
• A full UK driving licence (clean)
• Experience working in domestic properties
• The ability to handle basic multi‑trade tasks to support first‑time fix
• A friendly, respectful approach to customers and colleagues alike
