Job summary

Thorn Baker Group is seeking an experienced Joiner to join a site-based project in Barrow-in-Furness. The role starts in November 2026 and involves on-site joinery work across first and second fix stages.

You will fit doors, frames, skirting and architraves, measure and cut timber, and work from drawings using hand and power tools, while maintaining safety and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Joiner.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Own tools suitable for the work.
• Full PPE.
• Good attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to start in November 2026.
