Compass Group in Aberdeen is seeking Catering Assistants to join across multiple sites. You’ll assist with food prep, service, and customer interactions while keeping dining areas clean and compliant with hygiene standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in catering or hospitality, a friendly, customer-focused attitude, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Flexible shifts and weekly pay are part of the role.

Formación

• At least 6 months' experience in catering, hospitality or customer service is essential.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Support food preparation and service.
• Serve food and beverages to customers.
• Assist customers and replenish food counters and displays.
• Maintain clean and tidy dining and service areas.
• Clear tables and wash up when required.
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Maintain food hygiene and Health & Safety standards (including COSHH).
• Manage waste disposal.
• Assist with stock movement.

Your day-to-day will include supporting food preparation and service, serving food and beverages, assisting customers, replenishing food counters and displays, maintaining clean and tidy dining and service areas, clearing tables, washing up when required, working closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams, maintaining food hygiene and Health & Safety standards (including COSHH), managing waste disposal, and assisting with stock movement.
