Job Description

We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Newton Mearns, Giffnock, Clarkston, Busby and surrounding area, as a CAREGiver. As a CAREGiver, you will provide a variety of non‑medical services to help them keep independent in their own home.

Our relationship‑based homecare helps our elderly clients to continue to enjoy a good quality of life – living in their own homes where they feel safest, getting out to visit the people and places they love.

We’re very passionate about what we do and get excellent feedback from the people who work with us, our clients and the Care Inspectorate because:

  • Our relationship‑based homecare helps our elderly clients to continue to enjoy a good quality of life – living in their own homes where they feel safest, getting out to visit the people and places they love.
  • We believe this takes time and regular contact. So we give our CAREGiver’s time to care, to really make a difference. We visit our clients in their own homes for minimum one hour or longer each visit.
  • We are looking for passionate, caring and reliable people to join our team. These qualities combined with our award‑winning training and supportive working environment are what makes the magic happen.
Additional Information

In return we offer excellent support and benefits:

  • Visits of minimum 1 hour to enable you to care without feeling rushed.
  • Hourly rate starts from £10
  • Pension Scheme
  • Paid Award‑winning Training
  • SVQ qualification opportunity at no cost to you
  • Dedicated Supervisor to offer support and feedback throughout your employment.
  • This position also comes with excellent opportunities to develop your career further.
