Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is building a pipeline of utility and commercial solar projects. We are seeking an Electrical General Foreman with proven leadership to oversee Foremen and craft teams, ensure safety, and drive quality on site.

Qualifications

• Must have led electrical teams on solar self-perform EPC projects.
• 5+ years of construction experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Ability to read prints and contract documents.
• Willingness to relocate to project sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct foremen and craft labor on-site to ensure safety, productivity, and quality.
• Schedule and manage equipment, materials, and tools.
• Implement standardized Work Instructions and support process improvement.
• Act as a technical consultant for electrical systems and high-voltage installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with Trade Superintendent on staffing, planning, and project updates.
• Mentor Field Engineers and Foremen on quality, safety, and scope of work.
• Maintain crew and equipment matrices and complete daily reports and quality audits.
• Lead discipline work activities in the absence of the Trade Superintendent.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (WHEN THE TIME COMES)

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

• Prior experience leading electrical teams on solar self-perform EPC projects
• 5+ years of construction experience with demonstrated leadership
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR
• Ability to read and understand prints and contract documents
• Willingness to relocate to project sites nationwide

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

$90,000-$120,000

This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
