Job summary

The Gun, Docklands is seeking a strong bar tender to join our fabulous team in East London. You will be part of a lively riverside bar serving superb drinks in a Grade 2 listed building with a garden bar and views of the O2 arena. No formal qualifications are required; we value heart, character and personality above all.

You will work alongside a friendly team and have input into the guest experience. We offer a 25% staff discount on food and drink, tips on top of hourly pay, discounted hotel

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve drinks and look after customers at the bar.

We are looking for a strong bar tender to join our existing fabulous team.

With 2 main dining rooms, 2 private dining rooms and an extensive riverside garden serving fresh pizzas from our own pizza trailer and tiki cocktails from our garden bar there is never any shortage of things going on at The Gun.

We are all about great food and personality and pushing the envelope. You will be supporting Bruno our head chef and will have input into future dishes and menu development.
