Job Vacancy – Client Executive – Asset Based Lending – Tunbridge Wells – M2 Recruitment

Our client, a large European Banking institution requires a Client Executive to join their growing team in Tunbridge Wells.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day‑to‑day support to a small team of Relationship Managers, assisting in the management of a portfolio of mainly Receivables Finance clients (some with more complex ABL facilities), conducting periodic reviews, analysing management information and helping to maintain client operating conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent levels of customer service.
  • Prepare and handle client documentation.
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers to understand and implement agreed strategy.
  • Maintain a high level of professional conduct with internal and external customers face‑to‑face, on the phone, via e‑mail and in written communication.
  • Manage the processing of client collateral data in line with receivables and other asset‑financing policies and procedures.
  • Implement and monitor agreed risk standards and highlight any issues to the Relationship Manager or other teams as appropriate.
Key Skills
  • Previous experience assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients.
  • Working knowledge of receivables finance is essential.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
