Job Search Coordinator
Salary: £19,158 per annum (pro rata from the £31,930 full time equivalent)
Contract: 7 Month Fixed Term Contract
Hours: Part Time Monday Friday 9:30am – 2:30pm

Overview: Are you passionate about making a difference and creating positive social impact? As a Job Search Coordinator, you'll play a transformational role in delivering job search support sessions. You'll ensure participants make quality applications tailored appropriately to enable them to gain sustainable employment, addressing complex and varied challenges along the way.
Responsibilities
- Deliver job search support sessions with participants, ensuring they make quality applications to gain sustainable employment.
- Provide job search support, guiding participants to register on appropriate job boards and ensuring their digital profiles are up to date and visible to employers.
- Create job search sessions on our CRM system and promote within the team to ensure maximum attendance.
- Meet and exceed all monthly performance targets and KPIs, seeking feedback and input to continuously improve and deliver strong outcomes for participants and commissioners.
- Build effective and positive relationships and work collaboratively with participants and Restart Advisors in the team.
- Maintain accurate electronic participant records reflecting the broad spectrum of support offered, from coaching through to employment placement, within required timescales and standards.
- Keep up to date with local labour market information, including hidden employment opportunities and local recruitment practices.
Qualifications
- Experience working in very busy environments.
- The ability to motivate, inspire, and challenge participants to achieve their fullest potential.
- Strong experience delivering against and exceeding performance targets and engaging participants in personal growth and mindset transformation driving positive change.
- Exceptional communication skills – inspire and influence participants while addressing diverse needs with flexibility, robustness and creativity, and contact employers and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for participants.
- Flexible and creative in solving complex challenges.
- High-level digital literacy.
- Excellent organisational skills – able to manage a varied caseload and deliver exceptional support while juggling multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of the labour market, wider provision, and stakeholders local to the area in which you are applying.
