A leading job listing platform in Manchester is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to provide tailored advice and technical solutions for optimizing job listings. You'll manage postings, provide analytics, and ensure stakeholders achieve the best response rates. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills and a consultative approach. Join our team and you’ll be responsible for providing bespoke advice and technical tailored solutions to support our customers achieve real results through quality job listings. Working in the customer service department you will post jobs on any one of our job boards as requested by our recruiters. You will adhere to a robust set of quality guidelines whilst inputting and editing data on our sites. Secondly your focus will be to provide expert advice based on analytical and market evidence to internal and external stakeholders.
Posting listings to our site adhering to best practice guidelines to help customers achieve results. Provide stakeholders with optimisation guidance at point of posting around key advert areas such as Job title postcode salary information benefits etc.
Support clients and internal stakeholders to ensure they receive the best response rates from our listing offerings.
Proactively provide statistical based analysis regarding performance of customers listings. Using back office / SQL reporting to feed into support Customer Service Customer Success Sales etc.
Create personalised / tailored optimisation advice using internal systems market benchmarks and knowledge. For example but not limited to using AMP 0 apps report Gender Decoder Salary Checker Back office reporting.
Consultative and proactive approach.
Analytical having the ability to read data sets.
Keen eye for detail as large parts of the role involve data entry.
