Office Administrator - Bexley - 35 hours per week - £35,000

We’re recruiting an Office Administrator on behalf of a respected housing provider. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and play a vital role in keeping homes safe, compliant, and well-maintained.

As the Office Administrator within the Property Services team, you’ll provide essential administrative support across a wide range of areas, including repairs, maintenance scheduling, compliance tracking, and resident communication. Your organisation and attention to detail will help ensure smooth operations and a great service experience for residents.

Duties:

  • Provide general admin support: minute-taking, drafting letters/reports, managing calendars and records
  • Maintain up-to-date databases for compliance (e.g. gas, fire safety, asbestos, water testing)
  • Coordinate inspections, appointments, and property works with residents and contractors
  • Respond to internal and resident enquiries via phone and email
  • Assist with disrepair tracking, insurance claims, void property updates, and contractor records
  • Support the team in managing adaptations and planned maintenance communications
