An educational institution in Cheadle seeks a Job Coach for Progression and Inclusion. You will provide specialist support for learners and help source work placements. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced candidates to join the Inclusion team to help us achieve our vision of unlocking potential and fostering success. The role provides specialist support for learners in our Progression Curriculum department, who are attending study programmes, such as our Pre-Supported or Supported Internships and in sourcing work placement opportunities for our vocational learners.

We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of success in the employability, work experience or support sector, who has previous understanding of work-based development skills, the ability to liaise effectively with employers and other agencies. In addition, you will have previous experience of identifying the knowledge and skills of learners and coaching and supporting learners to ensure they receive quality work experience placements and develop at a suitable place to progress into paid employment.
The Trafford & Stockport College Group has recently entered the next exciting phase of its journey through the merger with Cheadle and Marple 6th Form College. The merger will provide the Group with a unique opportunity to further shape and direct 16-19 adults across a wider area with campuses at Altrincham, Stretford, Stockport, Cheadle and Marple.
