Fedcap Employment is seeking a Job Broker - Employer Engagement to build and nurture relationships with employers across Coventry and Warwickshire. You will generate vacancies, placements and apprenticeships, while understanding employer needs and guiding participants to suitable opportunities.
You will support recruitment journeys, from outreach to interviews and job starts, with a focus on helping young people move into sustainable work and progression.
Locations: Coventry (Nuneaton, Rugby)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Salary: £28,000 - £31,000
Contract: Full-time, permanent, home-based with regular travel and outreach across Coventry and Warwickshire.
At Fedcap, we believe every young person should have the opportunity to build a better future through work.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in transforming futures by connecting young people with local employers. You'll build strong relationships with businesses, identify meaningful job opportunities and work closely with participants to understand their goals, match them to the right role and support them to succeed.
If you're someone who enjoys engaging employers, creating opportunities and seeing the life-changing impact that employment can have on an individual's confidence, independence and future, this could be the role for you.
We're interested in people who can build relationships, spot opportunities and genuinely want to help people succeed.
You’ll ideally have experience in recruitment, employer engagement, business development, sales, account management, employability, employment services or another employer-facing role.
Experience of welfare-to-work, employability, supported employment or working with people facing barriers to employment would be valuable, as would experience of working with young people, apprenticeships or skills pathways.
Above all, we're looking for someone who is passionate about creating opportunities and making a tangible difference to people's lives.
At Fedcap UK, we’re a mission-led, not-for-profit organisation focused on improving people’s economic mobility.
As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference every day - helping people take steps towards employment while building lasting relationships with employers in your community.
At Fedcap, we’re proud to offer a comprehensive and rewarding benefits package designed to support your wellbeing, development and work-life balance:
We’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone is treated fairly, feels they belong, and can do their best work. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, identities and communities, and we value the different perspectives and lived experiences they bring.
