Take your passion for fenestration to new heights. We are seeking a driven and computer‑literate individual to fill the role of Business Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who ideally possesses a background in fenestration and is ready to flourish within a fast‑growing company.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met, whilst ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
  • Actively seek out and engage prospective customers, showcasing our cutting‑edge products and services.
  • Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving and surpassing set sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for expanding our market presence and customer base.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and build valuable connections.
  • Utilize computer literacy to manage sales data, prepare reports, and stay organised.
Requirements
  • A strong background in the fenestration or building industry, with a thorough understanding of products within this sector. Conservatory knowledge would be advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills, enabling efficient data management and report generation.
  • A clean and valid driver’s licence, as extensive travel will be required to meet with clients and attend company events. This is a mandatory role requirement and as such, travel across UK and Ireland will be necessary.
  • The hunger and drive to excel in a sales role, with a passion for achieving and surpassing targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
