Ada Meher are currently partnered with a leading Architectural Consultancy, working across tier one construction projects in both the public and private sector - as they recruit for a Jnr BIM Manager or BIM Co-ordinator, with prior experience in Revit modelling and clash detection. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of experience in a BIM environment to consolidate their experience on large-scale projects as well as gain experience in COBie data validation works.
The ideal candidate will have come from an AEC industry background and have experience working with Architectural modelling and relevant technologies such as Revit and Navisworks/ACC for Clash Detection. You may also have started doing some more complex COBie or IFC data / information management work.
The business have always operated with a flexible model, as they prefer to manage their staff with both autonomy and accountability against defined objectives, so whilst this role does require office presence in either Sheffield, Glasgow or Cardiff circa 3 days a week there is also flexibility so work from home too.
