The Jewish Living Facilitator will assist the Head of Jewish Living to support a wide range of Jewish experiences and enabling them to live the religious aspects of their life as they wish to. Acting as the “go to” person for advice on Jewish matters in this service.
The successful applicant should be educated to GSCE level (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics, or have equivalent experience in working with people with learning disabilities in formal/informal education. It would be desirable if you have the ability to provide musical accompaniment and have a Yeshiva/Seminary Background. Applicant should have a strong background and advanced knowledge of orthodox Jewish observance. Flexibility and the ability to work evenings and weekends is essential for this role. You will have the ability and commitment to promote person-centred support.
