Job summary

H Samuel Limited is seeking a Permanent Supervisor for a part-time role to lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets. You will play a key part in coaching new team members and helping them build product knowledge, while reflecting the brand’s culture and style in a fashion-conscious retail environment.

You may work additional hours during peak periods and Bank Holidays to support store needs.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong selling and rapport-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and confidence in presenting product features.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model for amazing customer service and help achieve sales targets.
• Support store management with coaching and onboarding of new team members.
• Contribute to developing product knowledge and customer-focused selling techniques.
• Occasionally work additional hours during peak trading periods or weekends.
