Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an established Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
  • Background in Jewellery desirable.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support and oversee daily store operations to ensure a high standard of customer experience.
  • Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining store presentation.
  • Manage HR tasks including recruitment, training, performance management, staff development, payroll.
  • Manage store team, including scheduling and performance management.
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations and data protection.
  • Provide regular reports on inventory levels, best-selling products, and sales trends.
  • Conduct stock counts and ensure optimal stock levels.
