Jewellery Designer

Dower & Hall is a British jewellery brand known for its elegant, contemporary designs and commitment to craftsmanship. We are looking for a Jewellery Designer with three years+ experience to join our creative London studio.

About the Role

You’ll be involved in every stage of the design process from concept sketches, final pieces to launch helping to shape new collections that reflect the Dower & Hall aesthetic: timeless, modern and beautifully made.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new jewellery collections aligned with the brand vision
  • Produce detailed sketches, technical drawings and CAD models (Rhino / Matrix preferred)
  • Research trends, gemstones, and materials to inspire innovative designs
  • Work closely with the workshop team to create and refine prototypes
  • Ensure consistency, quality and attention to detail across all designs
  • Contribute creative input to campaigns, packaging, and product presentation
About You
  • 3 years + experience in jewellery design (fine or contemporary)
  • Strong creative vision and appreciation for craftsmanship and detail
  • Proficient in CAD and confident sketching by hand
  • Organised, collaborative, and able to manage projects through to completion
  • A passion for creating distinctive, high-quality jewellery
