  • Evidence of supervising and coaching other team members to deliver outstanding results.

We're looking for an Assistant Merchandiser to join our US Jewellery Merchandise Team, based from our Support Centre in Leicester - Carlton Park.

As the Assistant Merchandiser, you will assist in planning, controlling, and monitoring the purchase, intake, and distribution of merchandise in order to maximise sales and profit in the assigned departments in line with the Company values.

  • Considerable experience within a retail merchandising, allocator, or retail analyst arena
  • Evidence of supervising and coaching other team members to deliver outstanding results
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Experience of working within a budget whilst still trading profit opportunities
  • Strong systems and Excel knowledge
  • Ability to co-ordinate a number of competing priorities
