Overview

Location: East Midlands. Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:30. Pay: £13.50/hour starting rate; £15.50/hour after 8-week training and management sign-off. Overtime available (paid at standard hourly rate). Additional travel time over 2 hours paid at £13.50/hour.

About the Role

We're looking for a dedicated Jetwash Technician to join our specialist cleaning team. You'll be trained to deliver high-quality pressure washing, brick cleaning, window and gutter cleaning, and more advanced services such as roof cleaning, steam cleaning for heritage restoration, and graffiti removal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow strict cleaning protocols and complete all documentation accurately
  • Fill out job cards and work schedules with clear, concise information
  • Collaborate with management to improve processes and uphold high standards
  • Communicate proactively with managers and site personnel to resolve issues
  • Adhere to Health & Safety procedures, including COSHH regulations
Requirements
  • Valid UK driving licence (clean preferred; up to 6 points acceptable)
  • Access to company vehicle provided
  • Self-motivated and reliable, whether working solo or in a team
  • Willingness to follow instructions, learn methods, and develop skills
  • Responsible for using and maintaining cleaning equipment as trained
  • Valid CSC card
