Jeopardy & Recovery Management
  • Monitor upcoming works and highlight potential jeopardy with sufficient lead time
  • Coordinate recovery actions with operational teams to minimise SLA impact
  • Maintain clear ownership of jeopardy items through to resolution
DCR Management

  • Ensure all KCI messages are issued accurately and within contractual timescales
  • Monitor communication performance and address any risks to compliance
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a key interface between operational teams, contract management, and Openreach stakeholders
  • Escalate risks, issues, and non‑conformance in a timely and professional manner
  • Support contract performance reviews with accurate, actionable data
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Produce regular performance and jeopardy reports to support contract governance
  • Identify recurring themes and improvement opportunities to reduce future jeopardy
  • Contribute to the ongoing maturity of jeopardy management processes
