Job summary

Rebecca Mackay Aesthetics Academy in Ardleigh, Essex, invites an experienced Clinical Aesthetic Trainer to deliver practical injectable training to registered healthcare professionals on a freelance basis. You will supervise delegates during live model treatments, provide feedback, and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.

Requirements include registration with NMC/GMC/GDC/HCPC, a minimum of 2 years’ injectable experience, Level 7 diploma (or working towards),

Qualifications

• Registered healthcare professional (NMC, GMC, GDC or HCPC).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience independently administering aesthetic injectable treatments.
• Level 7 Diploma or working towards Level 7.
• Recognised teaching qualification (Level 3 AET or equivalent).
• Excellent knowledge of facial anatomy, consultation, assessment, and safe injecting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical aesthetic injectable training to healthcare professionals.
• Supervise delegates during live model treatments and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain highest standards of patient safety, professionalism and clinical governance in all sessions.
