Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking a Java Tech Lead to join a software consultancy scale-up after significant project wins in the iGaming space. You will lead a product-based team, delivering with technical direction while engaging with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

The team operates with a you build it, you run it ethos, owning from design to deployment and supporting production. This remote-first, 6-month contract pays up to £600pd.

Great opportunity for a Java Tech Lead to join a software consultancy as they go through a scale-up following a number of significant project wins in the iGaming industry.

The company is at the forefront of AI-native software engineering, they employ over 500 people and have a strong presence across the UK.

As a Java Tech Lead, you ll lead a product-based team and will be responsible for driving delivery and providing technical direction whilst also dealing with stakeholders and the ambiguity that comes with working in a fast-paced environment.

The team operates with a \"you build it, you run it\" mentality, owning all aspects of the systems they work on, from design through to deployment and supporting them in production.
