Job summary

LinkedTrade Technologies is a leading multi-issuer SaaS platform transforming the structured products industry. The Java engineer will join a startup-like environment and work on back-end services, leveraging Java 17, Spring Boot, and AWS.

You will collaborate with a Lead Java engineer, Pre-Sales, and report to the CTO, delivering scalable, robust software while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Java
• Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming and multi-threading
• Experience in Agile development
• High level of responsibility and ownership
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Back-end application development
• Strong coordination with our Lead Java engineer
• Working closely with Pre-Sales to discuss, identify and propose the correct technical solutions
• The role will report to the CTO and will be part of the software development teams

Key Responsibilities

• Back-end application development
• Strong coordination with our Lead Java engineer
• Working closely with Pre-Sales to discuss, identify and propose the correct technical solutions
• The role will report to the CTO and will be part of the software development teams

Requirements And Skills

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Java
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming, multi-threading
• Experience in Agile development
• High level of responsibility and ownership
• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies
• Persistent, diligent and talented in problem solving
• Fluent in English

Tools & Technologies

• AWS Cloud Services: S3, SQS, SNS, SES, CloudFormation, Elasticsearch
• Application: Java 17, Spring Boot, Hibernate
• Build tools: Gradle
• CI/CD: Jenkins, AWS EKS
• RESTful services, Client/Server Application
• Test Automation (JUnit, easyMock, jMock, Selenium)
• Database: AWS Aurora (MySQL compatible)
