Citigroup Inc. is seeking a technical leader to deliver Swap Processing components within the Strategic Swaps Platform. You will work in a cross-functional Agile team focusing on automated testing, CI/CD, design discussions, and reliable deployments.

The role requires strong Java experience, exposure to Kotlin, and familiarity with cloud technologies and messaging systems. A hybrid work model is provided with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience in implementing successful projects.
• Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of Swap Processing components (Java/Kotlin) within the Strategic Swaps Platform.
• Developer-led automated testing with a focus on Test Driven Development.
• Working within an Agile team focussed on CI/CD.
• Participation in design, planning and estimation discussions within the team.
• Perform detailed analysis of assigned work, breaking work into technical tasks.
• Create and maintain project and technical documentation.
• Partner with management to ensure integration of functions to meet goals and define enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for continuous quality improvement of technical standards and methodologies.
• Assist in production support and post-mortem reviews.
• Coach junior developers, analysts and grads.
