Job summary

Square One Resources is recruiting a Senior Software Developer for a Dunton-based, four-days-a-week on-site role in a highly regulated financial services organisation. You will design and build high-scale backend services in Java.

You’ll develop secure IAM solutions, work on high-volume transactional systems, and apply Test Driven Development throughout the lifecycle. Experience with IAM, OAuth/OpenID Connect, SSO, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) is

Qualifications

• Strong backend software engineering experience.
• Strong Java development experience.
• Experience designing and building high-scale backend services.
• Experience working in financial services or regulated environments.
• Experience with IAM platforms.
• Knowledge of OAuth, OpenID Connect, SSO, or authentication services.
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
