• Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitLab, or Jenkins.
• Collaborate in agile teams and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in Java Full Stack development.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot, React, and modern web technologies.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with cloud technologies and Infrastructure as Code.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable

• Knowledge of NoSQL/SQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with Terraform and GOV.UK Design System.
• Exposure to AI integration tools like LangChain.
