Job summary

AND Digital is hiring a Java Developer for a hybrid role based in London, requiring 2 days on-site per week. You will work on large-scale software projects using Java, SpringBoot, AWS and MySQL within multidisciplinary teams.

You will champion software quality, collaborate with clients and teammates, and continuously learn in a supportive environment that values ownership and pragmatic delivery.

Java Developer (Hybrid 1-2 days a week on-site in London)

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Work on large-scale, multiple industries, eCommerce and enterprise-level software development projects using languages and technologies such as Java, SpringBoot, AWS, MySQL and more
• Champion software quality and technical vision for AND and our clients
• A minimum of two years professional experience in software development
• Ability to champion TDD/BDD/XP Software development
• Problem solving skills and work as a team to make them a reality
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment where your ideas and opinions are valued and respected
