Job summary

Understanding Recruitment is seeking mid-level Java Developers for hybrid roles in London. The position requires 3-5 years of Core Java development, with no frameworks, and exposure to multithreading and data structures. Qualifications

• Core Java
• Developing software from scratch WITHOUT the use of frameworks e.g. Spring
• Multithreading

• Working in a modern FinTech environment e.g. startup is a plus
• An interest in the financial sector, FX and trading
