Capco is seeking a Java-focused developer to join its Capital Markets team, contributing to the Java layer and interfaces across client landscapes. You will work with developers, testers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver robust data flows and integrations.

The role requires around 2 years of Java experience, strong SQL/XML/XSLT knowledge, and a keen interest in financial services. English fluency is essential, with occasional travel within the EU.

Qualifications

• Ideally around 2 years of experience in Java development.
• Good command of SQL, XML, or XSLT.
• Interest in capital markets and practical experience through projects in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Join the Capital Markets domain team, including developers, testers, business analysts, and project managers.
• Manage and enhance the Java layer of software used by capital markets clients.
• Analyze the technical architecture to design and develop interfaces, extensions, and modules that integrate with the client landscape.
• Develop and maintain the Java layer to ensure seamless data flow.
