You’ll join a collaborative engineering team working across platform development, system integrations, and new feature delivery. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex backend challenges and contributing to architectural decisions.## **Key Responsibilities**Design, develop, and maintain backend services and microservices using Java. Build scalable, secure REST APIs and system integrations. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices. Collaborate with frontend developers, product teams, and architects to deliver new functionalities. Contribute to system design, performance optimisation, and code reviews. Ensure reliability, scalability, and security across backend systems. Support continuous delivery pipelines and participate in Agile ceremonies.## **Key Requirements**4+ years of backend development experience with Java (Java 11+ preferred). Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Framework, or Micronaut/Quarkus. Experience building RESTful APIs and distributed backend systems. Good understanding of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar). Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
