Job summary

Multinational Company is seeking a seasoned Technology Lead or Solution Architect with 12-15+ years in enterprise software, architecture, or tech leadership. The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, strategic architecture, and database expertise within large-scale AWS projects.

You will drive workshops, architecture decisions, and CI/CD practices while mentoring distributed teams. Experience across logistics, retail, financial services, manufacturing or other high-volume domains is advantageous

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of enterprise application engineering, architecture or technology leadership experience.
• Proven delivery of large-scale Java modernization or cloud transformation programmers on AWS.
• Experience working in Agile delivery models and with geographically distributed engineering teams.
• Experience in logistics, retail, financial services, manufacturing or other high-volume enterprise environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Move between customer workshops, architecture decisions, Java and cloud-native code reviews.
• Lead DynamoDB data modelling efforts and Aurora PostgreSQL troubleshooting.
• Oversee CI/CD implementation and mentor engineering teams.

Job description
